These were some of the most successful projects I've created using scratch so far. I am proud of my work on this project because it came out just the way I wanted it to turn out at the end. Although, I have to admit that there were some parts where I had difficulties remembering how to insert certain buttons or parts where I needed a classmate's help... I learned how to use the broadcast button to control the sprites costumes, I also learned how to change the backgrounds and make sprites appear only when I want them to in a certain scene.
Using a kit of NXT Lego Mindstorm my group and I all helped to build this robot. In order to create a cool and successful robot we all had to collaborately help. Although we had a few discussions about our diverse ideas for this project, we realized that in order for it to actually work we had to compromise and we each got to add a unique feature to the robot. When anybody got stuck any part of the steps or when any of us needed help finding something we all talked to we achother before asking someone outside of our group. This project aloud me to work with new people I wouldn't normally work with. we learned how to give commands to a robot and how to control it through mobile phones using an app.
